For face treatment, dampen skin and apply a generous amount in a circular motion. Let sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing off. When showering, use a loofah or your palms to apply to the body and leave for 2-3 minutes for optimal results. Rinse off and use 3x a week for best results.
